  • A Semester Pass includes one reserved one-hour tutoring session each week throughout the school semester.

    Instead of booking appointments individually, your student's weekly timeslot is reserved for the entire semester, making tutoring a consistent part of their routine while eliminating the stress of finding appointment availability.

    Semester Passes can begin at any time during the school year, with prorated pricing available for students who join after the semester has started.

    Appointments are typically scheduled at the same day and time each week, with unlimited rescheduling available when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

    Semester Passes follow the school calendar and include scheduled breaks during winter and spring holidays. Students may begin at any time during the semester, with prorated pricing available.

    A maximum of two Semester Pass sessions may be scheduled per week.

  • Can I book tutoring without a Semester Pass?

    Absolutely. Individual one-hour tutoring sessions remain available for students who only need occasional support or prefer the flexibility of booking as needed.

    When can I start?

    Semester Passes typically start at the beginning of the term, but starting later is no problem at all - we’ll just prorate your pricing based on how many weeks are left before the end of the semester.

    Can I reschedule my appointment?

    Yes. Semester Pass members enjoy unlimited rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to tutor availability.

    What happens during school breaks?

    Semester Passes follow the school calendar. For the Fall 2026 semester, tutoring begins the week of Monday, September 7, 2026, includes a two-week winter break, and concludes the week of Monday, January 18, 2027, for a total of 18 tutoring sessions.

    Can I book additional tutoring sessions?

    Yes. Semester Pass members receive 15% off additional tutoring sessions and 25% off exam preparation courses and workshops.

    Can I change tutors?

    Absolutely. If another tutor would be a better fit, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
